Our all-in-one signature maintenance service to restore your synthetic lawn. We remove debris and pet hair, use mechanical power brushing to lift flat turf fibres, and apply a deep clean sanitiser to treat odours.

Compact Lawn (Up to 25 sqm) - £120 fixed
Standard Lawn (25 to 50 sqm) - £160 fixed.
Medium Lawn (50-70 sqm) - £195 fixed.
Large Lawn (70-100 sqm) - £250 fixed.
Above 100 sqm £250 + £2.00 sqm

Premium sand replenishment to stabilise your artificial grass blades, protect the turf carpet backing from premature UV wear, and ensure optimal surface water drainage.

Important Booking Information:
Minimum Service Charge: Please note we have a minimum call-out charge of £120 per visit.
Utilities Required: We require access to a working outdoor power socket and a standard outside water tap on-site to operate our deep-cleaning equipment.
Pet Waste Policy: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, our team does not handle or remove pet faeces. All solid pet waste must be fully cleared from the lawn before our arrival.
Site Preparation: To allow for deep mechanical power brushing, please ensure all garden furniture, toys, and obstacles are completely removed from the grass prior to our scheduled arrival time. Otherwise, we are happy to clean around them.
